Our Story

You can feel the difference when a conversion was built by people who already made one for themselves.

During Covid, Jeff and Lisa Warnick built their first van. They weren't filling a production slot. They wanted a way to go, and they wanted to design it and put it together with their own hands. That's when they fell in love with the work. The layouts. The systems. The finish. How it would actually get used.

That shop is Thrive Overland now. You may know us as Thrivans or Thrive Crafted Vans. Same family. Same craft. Van and truck camper builds.

Their son Travis came into the shop with a construction management background. He's in the work. If you want a reason to pick this family over another converter, that's it. The people who started it are still the people who will build it.

A conversion here starts with a vehicle you already have, or one they help you find. They work with local dealerships. They don't sell a finished van sitting on the lot. You're having the shop build yours.

Lisa is who you talk to about a build. Jeff and Travis are in the craft.

When the work is done, it should look and work like it came from a serious shop. Not a kit. Not a factory coach.
